No one can agree anything about the Speckled Men of ()oon. They cut out their tongues so they don't spread secrets. They're either a scholarly order, a cult or a merchant guild. No one even really knows how to say ()oon. You'll never hear the monks say it themselves! They might not even be men, or at least you can't tell beneath the moth-bitten robes and the masks.
